Northland lowered the firm’s price target on Harmonic to $18 from $20 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm is taking “a slightly more conservative approach” to broadband growth for Harmonic in Q4 and 2024 based on a range of cable spending, deployment timing and technology transition issues the firm describes in an associated SCTE show industry note.
