H.B. Fuller increases quarterly dividend by 8.5% to 22.25c per share

H.B. Fuller announced that its board of directors approved an increase in the company’s regular quarterly cash dividend from 20.5c per share of common stock to 22.25c per share of common stock, payable on May 9 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 25. This represents an 8.5% increase over the prior quarterly dividend and marks the 55th consecutive year in which the company has increased its dividend, the company stated.
