Gulf Resources announced that with approval from the audit committee and the board of directors of the Company, it has changed its independent auditor from WWC, P.C. Certified Public Accountants to GGF CPA LIMITED effective April 16, 2024. WWC’s reports on the Company’s consolidated financial statements for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2022 and 2021 did not contain an adverse opinion or a disclaimer of opinion and were not qualified or modified as to uncertainty, audit scope or accounting principles.
