Group 1 announced that its board of directors has approved an increase in the 2024 annual dividend rate to $1.88 per share. This represents an increase of 4%, or 8c, from the 2023 annual dividend rate of $1.80 per share. Consistent with this increase, a $0.47 dividend per share will be payable on March 15, 2024, to stockholders of record as of March 1.
