Grifols’ CEO Thomas Glanzmann calls Gotham City’s claims “serious and false allegations.” Says short seller is “repurposing old information out of pure self-interest and personal gain.” “Gotham City has reduced its short position in Grifols to 0.06% from 0.6% the same day and hence benefiting from their allegations,” the executive adds. The company’s Board has decided to initiate legal action against Gotham City. CEO also says that the Spanish regulator, as per normal procedures, has requested more information.
