Green Giant announces offering of common stock and warrants, no amount given

Green Giant announced that it has commenced a public offering of units, each consisting of one share of our common stock, one Class A common warrant to purchase one share of common stock and one Class B common warrant to purchase one share of common stock. All of the shares of common stock and warrants and the shares of common stock underlying the warrants are being offered by the company. Maxim Group is acting as the sole placement agent for the offering.
