Berenberg re-initiated coverage of Great Portland Estates with a Hold rating and 453 GBp price target. While the London office market “clearly has its issues, it does have a place in the property market, just in a different format,” the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm thinks there is potential for the London office real estate investment trusts to re-rate positively over the next year, buts its forecasts are suggesting limited growth.
