Citi lowered the firm’s price target on GrafTech to $2 from $4 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The analyst “materially” reduced estimates on Graftech based on the weak near-term outlook for graphite electrodes. The firm says the company’s tough conditions are extending into 2024.
