In a regulatory filing, GoodRx Holdings disclosed that on January 16, the company determined that the role currently held by Raj Beri, the company’s Chief Operating Officer, will be eliminated and the company’s board of directors removed Mr. Beri as Chief Operating Officer, effective as of February 15. “Mr. Beri is expected to remain Chief Operating Officer of the company through the Effective Date to assist with the transition of his duties, and thereafter separate from the company,” the filing stated.
