Goldman Sachs launches AI assistant companywide, Reuters reports

Goldman Sachs (GS) on Monday launched a generative AI assistant firmwide to boost productivity, Reuters reports. According to a memo sent to staff by Chief Information Officer Marco Argenti, around 10,000 employees are already using the GS AI Assistant. Citi (C) has AI tools such as Citi Assist, which searches internal bank policies and procedures, as well as Citi Stylus, while Morgan Stanley (MS) has a chatbot that helps financial advisors in interactions with clients, and Bank of America’s (BAC) virtual assistant, Erica, focuses on day-to-day transactions of retail clients.
