Goldman Sachs will likely cut between 3% and 4% of its workforce as it plans to cut more than 1,300 employees as part of an annual review process to cull the low performers, people familiar with the matter told The Wall Street Journal’s Lauren Thomas. Typically, Goldman aims to trim between 2% and 7% of its workforce annually based on various performance factors, the report noted.
