Golden Minerals announces $2.1M registered directo offering

Golden Minerals Company announces that it has entered into definitive agreements for the purchase and sale of an aggregate of 1,427,587 shares of common stock at a purchase price of $1.45 per share in a registered direct offering. In a concurrent private placement, the Company will issue unregistered warrants to purchase up to 1,427,587 shares of common stock with an exercise price of $1.90 per share which will be exercisable six months from the date of issuance and for a period of five years following initial exercise date. H.C. Wainwright & Co. is acting as the exclusive placement agent for the offering.
