Sony’s (SONY) "God of War Ragnarok" remained in the top spot in the first U.K. physical game charts of the new year, Gamesindustry.biz’s Marie Dealessandri reports, citing data from GfK. The PlayStation exclusive title ended 2022 in first place and is starting 2023 on a high note, despite sales being 36% lower week-on-week, the author says. Most of the top ten in U.K. physical game sales remains unchanged, with EA‘s (EA) "FIFA 23" maintaining second place, the author says. Other games in the top ten include Activision Blizzard’s (ATVI) "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II," Nintendo’s (NTDOY) "Mario Kart 8 Deluxe," and "Pokemon Scarlet/Violet." Reference Link
