UBS analyst Myles Allsop upgraded Glencore to Buy from Neutral with an unchanged price target of 560 GBp. The stock is down over 25% from the highs, but the company’s balance sheet "has never been stronger," the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm believes the weaker coal price is now discounted into the shares.
