UBS analyst Myles Allsop downgraded Glencore to Neutral from Buy with an unchanged price target of 560 GBp. The analyst says the thermal coal price cycle has turned faster than expected and with inventories elevated it is difficult to have conviction that a floor has been reached. It sees increasing risk to coal prices.
