Getty Realty sees FY24 AFFO $2.29-$2.31, consensus $2.32

The company said, “The Company has established its 2024 AFFO guidance at a range of $2.29 to $2.31 per diluted share. The Company’s outlook includes completed transaction activity as of December 31, 2023, but does not include assumptions for any prospective acquisitions, dispositions, or capital markets activities (including the settlement of outstanding forward sale agreements or the funding of delayed draw term loan amounts).”
