George Economou discloses 9.1% stake in OceanPal

Sphinx Investment Corp.,, Mayport Navigation Corp., and George Economou, disclosed holding a 9.1% stake in OceanPal in a regulatory filing, which notes that Sphinx and Maryport are both controlled by Mr. Economou. Sphinx purchased the 324,350 ommon shares reported herein for a total purchase price of $563,092 including fees and expenses, the filing stated, adding that the “Reporting Persons acquired the Common Shares over which they exercise beneficial ownership in the belief that the Common Shares are undervalued and are an attractive investment.”
