GATX Corporation (GATX) announced the election of John Holmes to its board of directors. Mr. Holmes will also serve as a member of the board’s Audit Committee. With the appointment of Mr. Holmes, the GATX board will now consist of 10 members, including nine independent directors. Mr. Holmes is chairman, president and CEO of AAR CORP (AIR).
