GameStop announces COO Nir Patel to depart

In a regulatory filing, GameStop disclosed that on On April 4, GameStop and Nir Patel, COO, entered into a Separation Agreement and Mutual Release of Claims. The Separation Agreement provides for Patel’s departure from the company, effective April 4, as the company’s COO. The responsibilities associated with the position are being absorbed by other members of the company’s management team.
