Gaia announces offering of Class A common stock, no amount given

Gaia announced that it intends to offer shares of its Class A common stock for sale in an underwritten public offering at a proposed public offering price per share that is greater than today’s closing price for the company’s Class A common stock. Lake Street Capital Markets is acting as sole book-running manager for the proposed offering.
