Fulton Financial price target lowered to $15.50 from $16 at Stephens

Stephens analyst Matt Breese lowered the firm’s price target on Fulton Financial to $15.50 from $16 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. The firm calls Q1 earnings “a mixed bag” for Fulton, with a consensus EPS beat on expenses and provision, but a miss on the top line.
