FS Bancorp announces 4% boost to dividend to 26c per share

“Utilizing the Bank’s highly diversified balance sheet, our team achieved our goal of producing strong financial results in varying rate and economic environments,” stated Joe Adams, CEO. “We are also pleased that our Board of Directors increased and approved our forty-fourth consecutive quarterly cash dividend. The quarterly dividend will be paid on February 22, 2024, to shareholders of record as of February 8, 2024,” concluded Adams. “The integration of the seven retail branches acquired from Columbia State Bank in the first quarter of 2023, provided a framework for our balanced, focused growth throughout 2023,” noted Matthew Mullet, CFO.
