Citi raised the firm’s price target on Frontier Group to $4.10 from $3.75 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. Relative to its domestic discount airline peers, Frontier operates a young fleet and might not have as much GTF engine risk as some others, the firm says. In spite of that, the carrier is yet to record four consecutive quarters of positive EPS since the pandemic’s onset, while bulls on the stock seem to be underestimating labor cost risks, as the carrier and its pilots amend the latter group’s contract next year, Citi adds.
