Frontier Communications price target raised to $41 from $39 at TD Cowen

TD Cowen raised the firm’s price target on Frontier Communications to $41 from $39 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm said they posted upside 4Q23 while the in-line EBITDA guide could prove conservative.
