Freshpet price target raised to $100 from $88 at Piper Sandler

Piper Sandler raised the firm’s price target on Freshpet to $100 from $88 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The firm believes Freshpet’s brand equity and product differentiation set it apart in pet food, and expects a long runway of strong growth. Consumer demand remains strong with U.S. measured retail sales growth of +28.8% and volume growth of +22.6% in Q4.
