Franklin BSP Realty Trust did not repurchase any shares in Q3

Subsequent to September 30, 2023, the Company repurchased 137,444 shares of common stock at a weighted average cost of $12.55 per share. As of October 25, 2023, $37.5 million remains available under the $65 million share repurchase program. FBRT‘s Board of Directors has extended the share repurchase authorization through December 31, 2024.
