Forward Air price target lowered to $75 from $84 at Susquehanna

Susquehanna analyst Bascome Majors lowered the firm’s price target on Forward Air to $75 from $84 and keeps a Positive rating on the shares. The firm said while it’s not our base-case outcome, there’s still a chance the Omni deal breaks, and we believe Forward Air shares are worth far more without Omni, around $95, than with Omni at around $70.
