Bert Flossbach, the co-founder and senior portfolio manager of German mutual-fund firm Flossbach von Storch AG, the eighth-largest 3M shareholder, has raised concerns about CEO Mike Roman’s leadership and questioned whether a change may be needed at the top, reported The Wall Street Journal’s John Keilman.
