Roth MKM analyst David Bellinger raised the firm’s price target on Floor & Decor to $90 from $72 but keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The stock "continues to grind higher" following the company’s better than expected Q4 results, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm added however that while it remains positive on Floor & Decor’s better-than-feared guidance and the built-in comp sales benefiting from a maturing store base, its neutral stance also "reflects uncertainty" around housing-related names.
