Fiserv, Amadeus main contenders to acquire Shift4 Payments, Reuters says

Fiserv (FI) and Amadeus IT Group (AMADY) are competing to acquire payments processor Shift4 Payments (FOUR), people familiar with the matter told Reuters’ Anirban Sen and David French. Fiserv and Amadeus are the two main contenders in a sale process that Shift4 has been running and the pair are preparing to submit final offers in the coming weeks, the sources said.
