Barclays lowered the firm’s price target on First Quantum Minerals to C$26 from C$27 and keeps an Underweight rating on the shares. The analyst expects most metals and mining companies to have “slightly better” results in Q2, even amid some deterioration of commodity prices. The firm remains more constructive on gold than copper “as economic deceleration continues.”
