Femsa proposes dividend increase of 7.8% for 2023

Femsa announces that its Board of Directors has proposed an ordinary dividend in the amount of Ps. 12.25B to be paid during 2023. The dividend is subject to approval of the annual shareholders meeting to be held on March 31. This proposal represents an increase of 7.8% compared to the dividend paid during 2022.
