FCM nominates four director for election to Mind Medicine’s board

FCM MM announces that it has filed a preliminary proxy statement in connection with its nomination of four director candidates for election to the board of directors of Mind Medicine at its 2023 Annual General Meeting, AGM. FCM nominated four director-candidates for the AGM, including three independent candidates: Dr. Scott Freeman, Dr. Farzin Farzaneh, Vivek Jain, and Alexander Wodka. Fereman is MindMed’s co-founder and former Chief Medical Officer.
