Mind Medicine appoints Mark Sullivan as chief legal officer

Mind Medicine announced the appointment of Mark Sullivan, effective immediately, as chief legal officer and corporate secretary. Sullivan is an experienced public company general counsel and corporate secretary, with extensive expertise and demonstrated success in the areas of SEC reporting, financing, corporate governance and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, litigation management and business development. Prior to joining the company, Sullivan was the general counsel and corporate secretary of Sesen Bio, a biopharmaceutical company from August 2019 to April.
