Evotec says Lanthaler failed to report stock trades on time, Bloomberg reports

Werner Lanthaler, the former CEO of Evotec, failed to report stock dealings on time, Bloomberg’s Ashleigh Furlong and Nicholas Comfort reports. Chairperson Iris Low-Friedrich said on an investor webcast that the stock trades that were reported late took place over the course of three years. Lanthaler unexpectedly stepped down at the beginning of the month. Lanthaler told Bloomberg by phone that the delayed disclosure was a “lapse” and unrelated to his exit.
