Essex Property Trust announced that its Board of Directors has approved a 6.1% increase to its annual cash dividend. This represents the Company’s 30th consecutive annual dividend increase. The Board of Directors has declared a first quarter dividend of $2.45 per share, payable on April 12, 2024 to shareholders of record as of March 29, 2024. On an annualized basis, the dividend represents a distribution of $9.80 per common share.
