Truist analyst Michael Lewis lowered the firm’s price target on Essex Property Trust to $260 from $266 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. The firm expects relatively low new supply to continue to be a benefit in 2024, while many Sunbelt markets where Essex does not operate work through historic levels of deliveries, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
