Esquire Financial Holdings, the financial holding company for Esquire Bank, National Association, announced that it closed on its committed investment of $6M in United Payment Systems, doing business as Payzli, representing a 24.99% ownership interest in Payzli. Payzli is an end-to-end payment technology company that acts as a single source for payment services, business management software, web enablement and mobile solutions. It is also a registered Independent Sales Organization of the Bank.
