The Company announced the retirement of Craig Evans, Executive Vice President, EVP, General Counsel and Secretary, effective March 1, 2024. Paul Turvey, who currently serves as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel, will assume the role of General Counsel and Secretary upon Evans’ retirement.
