Oppenheimer raised the firm’s price target on Ensign Group to $130 from $127 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. Ensign’s adjusted EBITDAR was weaker than expected due to higher cost-of-services, but EPS was in line with expectations and its FY24 EPS guidance was very strong, the analyst tells investors in a research note. There remains some uncertainty around the min-staffing regulations, but Oppenheimer continues to expect some favorable adjustments in the final rule expected later this year.
