UBS analyst AJ Rice upgraded Enhabit to Neutral from Sell with an unchanged price target of $9.50. After a series of misses and downward guidance revisions since its spin-off almost two years ago, Enhabit appears to be hitting expectations and has more clarity around its anticipated results, the analyst tells investors in a research note. With labor pressures easing and the company in the midst of a strategic review, the firm believes an upgrade to Neutral is appropriate.
