BMO Capital analyst John Gibson downgraded Enerflex to Market Perform from Outperform with a price target of C$11, down from C$13, post the Q2 results. The analyst says higher than expected non-discretionary spending estimates caused the company withdraw its 2023 earnings guidance. The firm now does not see Enerflex’s net debt levels falling much throughout the year.
