TD Cowen analyst Lance Vitanza raised the firm’s price target on Endeavor Group to $30 from $28 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm said the TKO Group (TKO) settlement could be a watershed moment for a going private transaction with Silver Lake. Cowen expects court approval for the settlement in weeks rather than months, at which point a formal bid from Silver Lake to take Endeavor private could be quickly forthcoming.
