Eltek received a notification from the Ministry of Environmental Protection about its intention to impose a penalty of approximately $0.6M for an alleged breach of the Clean Air Law during the years 2019-2020. The company intends to seek a reduction in the amount of the penalty, in accordance with provisions of the Clean Air Law.
