Edison International increases common stock dividend 5.4%

Edison International declared a quarterly common stock dividend of 73.75c per share, payable on Jan. 31, 2023, to shareholders of record on Dec. 30, 2022. This action increases the annual dividend by 15c per share. The 2023 annual dividend rate will be $2.95 per share, an increase of 5.4% from the current annual dividend rate of $2.80 per share.
