Edesa Biotech announced that the company’s board of directors has appointed Stephen Lemieux, CPA to the role of CFO, effective July 15, 2023. CEO Par Nijhawan noted that Mr. Lemieux currently provides financial advisory services to Edesa and is familiar with the company’s operations and plans. From July 2021 until June 2023, Mr. Lemieux served as CFO of Titan Medical.
