Energy Capital Partners, or ECP, is in advanced talks to acquire Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure (AY), an owner of renewable power assets, people with knowledge of the matter told Bloomberg’s Dinesh Nair, Ryan Gould and Crystal Tse The private equity firm has been negotiating terms of a deal to buy Atlantica, the sources said, noting that a deal could be reached as soon as the next few weeks.
