Eastern Bankshares price target raised to $18 from $17 at Seaport Research

Seaport Research analyst Laurie Havener Hunsicker raised the firm’s price target on Eastern Bankshares to $18 from $17 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The analyst says the company posted a strong core quarter. While industry-wide credit costs continue to normalize, Eastern Bankshares’ has been better than expectations, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
