E.W. Scripps pursuing sale of Bounce TV, CNBC reports

EW Scripps (SSP) has enlisted a financial advisor to assess the possibility of divesting Bounce TV, Alex Sherman of CNBC reported, citing people familiar with the matter. The network has drawn interest from potential buyers, including Black-owned production studios and media companies. Notably, these same entities had previously explored purchasing BET Media Group when Paramount (PARA) considered selling it last year. Reportedly, Scripps aims for a substantial price, potentially reaching hundreds of millions of dollars.
