Dorian LPG declares irregular cash dividend of $1.00 per share

Dorian LPG announced that its Board of Directors has declared an irregular cash dividend of $1.00 per share of the company’s common stock. The total dividends to be paid will amount to approximately $40.6M. The dividend is payable on or about February 27 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 5.
